FAQs

What happens if I need to cancel?

In the unfortunate case you have to cancel your booking, any deposits that have been paid are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking within 45 days of your delivery date, 50% of the full invoice amount is chargeable. If you cancel within 30 days of your delivery date, the full invoice amount is chargeable.

When and how do I pay for toilets?

If your event is less than 30 days away, the full balance needs to be paid in advance of delivery. If your event is more than 30 days away, we require an 80% deposit to secure your booking. We will the send you an invoice prior to your event which needs to be settled in full 30 days prior to your event.

Deposits and invoices can be paid by debit or credit card over the phone (no handling fee charged, American Express not accepted), online banking (BACs) or by cheque. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment will be required if cancellation received within 30 days of delivery.

What can I do if there’s a problem with the toilets at my event?

On delivery of our luxury trailers, we carry out a set of tests and checks to ensure that everything is functioning correctly before we leave. We will also provide 24-hour contact details to ensure peace of mind for the entirety of your event. Please note that in order to carry out tests and checks, we require access to electricity.

We will always try to resolve any issues over the phone first. If diagnosis over the phone fails, we will send someone out to your location to fix the issue and there will be no charge for this. However, if we are called out without due cause or mis-use then there will be a call out charge.

We are also able to offer an attendant service to ensure the toilets are maintained throughout your event, allowing it to run smoothly.

What access is required when delivering?

We require good unimpeded access with firm level ground. Should you believe the access to be difficult then a site visit is normally advised to be carried out in advance of the event. We will also always require a minimum 10ft width for entry and exit onto delivery location, as well as a 11ft height clearance.

Do I need to provide my own toilet rolls etc?

Simply will provide consumable items with all types of toilets. If you require additional supplies we can supply the costs for these.

Will the toilets require servicing?
